My experience with Pranitha Ma’am’s yoga classes

Joining Pranitha Ma’am’s yoga classes has truly been a life-changing experience for me. I have been attending her sessions for the past 1.5 years, and in this time, I have lost 10 kgs and noticed many positive changes in my overall health and mindset.

I had joined her class when I found out that my blood pressure was high, and now it is well under control — my doctor has even reduced my medication dosage. After joining her classes, I have also started eating more mindfully and making healthier choices.

My monthly cycle has become regular, and I feel much calmer, happier, and more positive than before. Ma’am gives personal attention to each student, understanding our individual needs and guiding us accordingly, which makes a huge difference.

The classes are never monotonous — the yoga sequences are changed frequently, keeping every session fresh, engaging, and enjoyable.

I am truly grateful to have joined Pranitha Ma’am’s yoga class. It has helped me not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally. Highly recommended to anyone looking to bring balance and positivity into their life!

I’ve been learning yoga online with Pranitha garu and it’s been a truly wonderful experience!

I joined Pranitha yoga studio five months back the sessions have made me lot of noticeable difference in my fitness and energized after every class. One of the best parts has been stress relief. Even though the classes are online, the instructions are very clear, engaging and easy to follow making it feel just as effective as being there in person. I've also noticed that I sleep much better on the day I attend class which has improved my mood and focus during the day.
